Los Emiratos Árabes Unidos son un conjunto de estados situados al sudeste de la península arábiga en el golfo Pérsico (Oriente Próximo), compuestos por siete emiratos: Abu Dabi, Ajmán, Dubái, Fujaira, Ras el Jaima, Sarja y Um el Kaiwain. Limitan con Omán al sureste y al norte, y con Arabia Saudita al oeste y sur.
